Eli’s Mix

I’ve always felt good eating this cereal, and I’ve been making it for 20 years. It has a great balance…and it has body, but it’s lighter then oatmeal.

While cooking, add:

  • Coconut oil

  • Walnuts or pecans

  • Maple syrup

  • Sometimes apples

KK’s Mix

I started making Eli’s Hot Rockin’ after my functional medicine pharmacist recommended adding steel cut oatmeal to my breakfast menu. I make a big batch for the week. it’s fluffy every time, and far better than plain oatmeal.

While cooking, add:

  • Cacao powder, cinnamon, cardamom, orange or rose extract

In the bowl, top with:

  • Blueberries

  • Pistachios

  • Pepita seeds

  • Macadamia milk
    (unsweetened vanilla)
